The hugely popular Twins Parade has been taking place every year since 1998, sets of twins and triplets from across the globe make their way to Montreal to take part in the event. The parade begins at 4 p.m. at the corner of Jeanne-Mance St. and de Maisonneuve Blvd., and makes its way towards Ste. Catherine St. finishing back at Place des Festivals.

Every year, thousands of twins, triplets and quadruplets descend on Montreal to take part in this lively, fun parade of multiples. Enjoy Happy joyful children in the summertime with child sun glasses and pink dresses with abundant of free outdoor activities at Place des festivals.

There’ll be contests, carnival rides, games and shows all day long in honour of these genetic clones. So whether you have a twin or not, this is sure to be a great day of free fun.

Participants can get creative and dress up in order to win prizes during the costume contests. The Festival Just for Laughs is set in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles in downtown Montreal.

Just for Laughs’ annual Twin Day is returning to Place des Festivals like every year in last week of July from noon to 6 p.m. Every year, identical siblings of all ages flood the streets with unique outfits to fit the theme as twin suns, astronaut triplets, or alien quadruplets. Along with dozens of local and international comedy acts, the Just for Laughs Festival Along with the parade, there will be live entertainment, games, and contests throughout the day.

The majority of family-oriented activities will take place around July 16 to 30 during the Place de la famille le Lait. For the music buffs, there will be a free performance by local children’s musicians Les petites tounes. As part of the Just for Laughs Festival, enjoy a parade where hundreds of sets of twins, triplets and quadruplets march down the street.

All day long, there will be contests, parades and entertainment to honour clones unlike any other. There will be activities, games, contests, and animation at Place des Festivals during the day.

During three weeks, the festival covers both indoor and outdoor venues. There are also free events concentrated in the well known Latin quarter which include dancing shows, circus performances, carnival rides, and even a twin parade.

Hundreds of twins, triplets, and quadruplets dress up in a medley of costumes and march down the streets of Montreal in order to win the competition and become the most creative siblings of the festival.
